My apartment is located place de la Mairie in the heart of Rennes. It is particularly well served thanks to the metro as well as to the many buses present at Place de la République. In addition, the station is not too far!
The rent is 640 € / month without counting the charges (water and electricity). Adding these costs, the rent price is € 690 or € 50 for charges.
The apartment consists of a separate bedroom as well as a kitchen and a large, bright living room.
